WARRANTY

Every light sold by The Lamp Store AU is covered by a 12 month replacement warranty from the date of delivery.

If your light fails through a manufacturing or component fault within that period, email info@thelampstoreau.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the fault. We arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or the normal wear of consumable parts such as replaceable globes.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
