3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • All transactions are processed in AUD.
  • Prices include applicable taxes (GST/VAT where applicable).
  • The amount shown at checkout is the final payable price.

We do not charge hidden fees, additional transaction fees, or handling surcharges. Any shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Australia. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout before payment.


7. Tracking, Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
  • Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of placing an order.
  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours only.
  • Once processing or shipping has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items showing signs of use may be refused unless required by law.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

There is no restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.
  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must return the item and cover the return shipping cost. Once received and inspected, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights available to Australian customers under Australian Consumer Law.


10. Backorders & Unavailable Items

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email and issue a refund unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Lamp Store AU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
