All delivery timelines are based on real-world logistics data. These timeframes are estimates and provided for reference only.

Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (AEST) on a business day (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.


Order Processing Time

Processing begins once your order is confirmed.

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Handling time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking within 4 business days:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder

Change of Address

To update your delivery address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

We cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been dispatched or is in transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.

After this time, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.


Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in AUD and include applicable taxes.

Customers do not need to pay additional VAT/GST upon delivery.


Backorders

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order:

  • We will notify you by email
  • The unavailable item will be refunded promptly unless an alternative arrangement is agreed
